We currently ship within Canada only.

Flat Rate Shipping: $15 on all orders under $99
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $150 or more (before discounts)

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days ( not including holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Our Return & refund policy is designed to prioritize customer satisfaction.

At east coast scentsational melts, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on our products. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all customers.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will be happy to make it right.
